Driveway Sealing
An oil-based driveway sealer designed to penetrate and rejuvenate dried out asphalt surfaces while sealing hairline cracks. Besides sealing and restoring the worn surface, it retards the oxidation of the pavement binder and helps prevent pavement raveling. It dries to a rich, glossy black, finish which will not chip or flake and helps eliminate water penetration and resultant freeze/thaw cracking.
Hot Rubberized Crack Filling
Hot pour crack filler, is a superior product to traditional cold liquid state crack fill. Lasts 2-3 years, which is significantly longer than the 4-6 month duration of cold pour.
Line Painting
Line Painting and Stencilling, looking at its best over a freshly sealed parking lot. Paint is oil-based, which lasts longer and doesn't cause heat-induced asphalt heaving.
Asphalt Cuts and Repairs
Removed heavily damaged areas with uniform, straight cuts. Replace with new asphalt and pave using hot asphalt mix. Hot asphalt is more durable, cures faster and lasts longer than cold patch.
Gator Patch for “alligatored cracks”
Fills in all cracks, holds loose asphalt together, levelling quality at 1/4 inch, lasts 2-4 years. Gator patch is a cost-effective solution to alligator/spider cracks. When these cracks form the asphalt loses all its integrity. The patch holds the asphalt together to extend its life, delaying the need to repave.
Asphalt Paving
- Rip out and remove existing material and disposal
- Remove any soft areas of base and replace with crushed limestone as needed
- Compact base with vibratory roller
- Top up base with crushed limestone as needed
- Grade and slope base for proper water drainage
- Complete final compaction
- Pave with either residential or commercial grade asphalt
- Conduct water test to ensure proper water drainage
