> Oil-based sealant - reinvigorates asphalt binder, protects against wear and tear, and chemical damage
> Hot Rubberized Crack Filler - repairs cracks and delays bifurcation, prevents sinkhole formation
> Hot Asphalt Pot Hole/Patch Repair - repairs pot holes and/or cut out heavily damaged key sections, rather than repave large areas
> Gator Patch/Trowel Mix crack repair - resurfaces asphalt to 1/4” depth and fills in ALL cracks for patterns of damage called “spider cracks”. The product holds loose asphalt together to prevent deterioration. A “mortar -like” product that hardens like concrete, but retains flexibility to accommodate temperature fluctuations
> Weed Killer/Removal - spray weed killer product prior to crack fill application, to help prevent any regrowth
> Line Painting/Stencilling - any design you want for commercial lots, residential projects, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc
> Lot Sweeping/Cleaning - regular asphalt cleaning services to remove dirt and debris buildup throughout the winter months
> Epoxy Coatings and Customized Options - versatility of application, durability against scratches, stains, and UV damage; epoxy provides a durable and low-maintenance surface
> Polyaspartic Aliphatic Polyurea - Ultra Durable with UV Stability - creates a durable, seamless finish for flooring in residential, such as basements and garages; to commercial and industrial spaces, such as warehouses, hangars, boats etc., which need extra durability. Formulated to provide maximum protection, it cures quickly, it is highly resistant to abrasion, chemicals, UV light and impacts. Aliphatic Polyaspartic Polyurea is perfect to be used on top of floor epoxy resin products with or without flakes. Polyaspartic can also be used for table tops and other outdoor applications as it does not yellow with prolonged exposure to UV light.
> Subfloor and Finished Floor Epoxy coatings - Epoxy resin has the ability to adhere very well to wood floors, providing a tough, protective coating; which may enhance the wood’s natural patterns, while also safeguarding the natural wood product from wear, tear, and moisture.
> Molds, Parging and Concrete Repairs - Repair damaged walls, concrete weatherproofing, decorative finishes, insulation; parging is a versatile technique that can be used for both functional and aesthetic purposes in construction projects.
